Workplace misbehaviours and mistreatment (WM) can negatively impact workers’ wellbeing at work and at home, and contribute to poorer job satisfaction, work performance and commitment. A recent study by the Institute for Adult Learning on a group of WM victims showed that almost half left their job and some avoided ever working in the same industry again. This forum brings together practitioners and thinkers to discuss strategies to help eradicate WM, and work towards safer and more harmonious workplaces.
